  • Accountview (accounting system where invoices are entered, and payments are processed automatically)
  • Transpontes (harbor, yacht service, and charter CRM system, Hiswa contracts are created with this system)
  • Mailchimp (mailing program with data from Transpontes)

How long we retain personal data

Hoekstra Interieur & Vloeren does not retain your personal data for longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected.

We apply the following retention periods for the following (categories) of personal data: to provide you with personal information and to send contracts, invoices, or quotations, and to be able to call/email. Retention period: as long as you are a customer with us and express interest in our services, we keep your data. After four years of no contact with you, the data will be removed from our records.
